(You must read this in order to submit photos to our site.)

I understand that all content including but not limited to pictures and text that I submit (including URL links on a separate website) to Globes for the Globe (globesfortheglobe.com, Ed Adkins and Colin Loretz), shall be subject to and shall comply with the following policies:

1. I am at least 18 years old.
2. No one under the age of 18 is depicted in the photo.
3. The photo does not include:
   • Any genitalia or pubic region
   • Any minors
   • Anyone’s face
   • Profane, sexist or racist remarks
   • Any trademarks, logos, business names or advertisements of any kind
   • Any digitally added text
4. I am granting Globes for the Globe an unconditional, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use any content that I submit in any way that is useful to Globes for the Globe.
5. I am the only person depicted in the photo or I have the permission of all other persons depicted in the photo to submit the photo to this website.
6. Globes for the Globe does not have to give me credit for this content; however, Globes for the Globe shall, at its option, have the right to use my name in connection with any content that I submit.
7. I will not receive any compensation for use or uses of this content by Globes for the Globe or its affiliates.
8. Globes for the Globe may choose not to display any submitted content and may remove any content from this website after display on this website.
9. Under no circumstances shall Globes for the Globe be required to return any of the content that I submit.
10. The content I am submitting is Appropriate Content in accordance with the following standards.  Content that does not meet the guidelines will not be published.  Appropriate Content is content that:
    • Does not violate any other person’s copyrights, privacy rights, trademarks, trade secrets, or rights in other confidential information.
    • Is not libelous, defamatory, obscene or profane.
    • Is not intended to threaten the safety of others and does not have the effect of causing a reasonable person to perceive a threat to his or her safety.
    • Contains no “viruses,” “worms,” “Trojan horses” or any other contaminating or destructive features, or features designed to interfere with or disrupt the normal flow or use of this website.
11. I hereby release and discharge Globes for the Globe and its agents and assigns from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of any content that I submit, including but not limited to any claims for defamation or invasion of privacy.
12. Submissions that are considered potentially libelous will not be published.
13. Submissions may be published and/or distributed in print, electronic and other forms.

Under no circumstances will GlobesForTheGlobe.com release your email, contact information, or personal information to any third party. We are an anti-spam company.
